Terms & Conditions – For “Architecture MasterClass”, Owned by “Sanjay Mhatre”

1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your, You, The Participant, The Customer, The User, The Student, The Parent, hereby referred to as (“Participant or AMC Participant”) & of your Active Participation, and/or your previous, current, concurrent procuration of, the Goods and/or Services offered by Architecture MasterClass (“Architecture MasterClass”), referred hereby to as AMC (“AMC”), Registration under Centre Goods and Services Act, 2017, GST Number: 27AEWPM5132K1ZX) organized by Sanjay Mhatre (“Sanjay Janardan Mhatre”), referred hereby to as Organizer (”Organizer”).

A ”Refund Policy”, to specify the status & ownership of Money Paid, Liable for, Escrow (Funds of which Ownership is Debated), is detailed within “Section 3” & “Section 8” of the Terms that Follow.

Any Staff, Person, Member, having done, doing, or to do Professional Work (including but not limited to: Teaching, Managerial, Cleaning, On-Demand Academic Support, Consultation) for the Organisation Architecture MasterClass is hereby referred to as an “AMC Member” and/or “Member”, and must be respected as such with regard of these Terms to Follow. By registering for or attending the MasterClass, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility Participants must, prior to the participation in an AMC Program: • Have received duly required consent & permission from their Parent and/or Legal Guardian, if under the age of 18 in Indian Subcontinent & Territories, or if under the Legal Age in their respective Juridical Area. • Be Able to attend the sessions outlined in the schedule • Be Responsible for ensuring they meet any prerequisite knowledge (if applicable)

3. Registration & Payment • The reviewed & allocated Minimum Payment, or Higher (Ranging from Partial In Pairing with Jodo, the EMI Service Provider, Terms for Whom, are linked in the document at the end of this Terms under Hyperlink A1.), must be provided for securing a spot in any AMC Program or Event. • Without procurement & subsequent confirmation by AMC or one of its Payment Partners), of the “Minimum Payment”, AMC cannot guarantee the Participant a valid spot in the Program. • Payments are non-refundable, except as outlined in Section 8 (Cancellation & Refunds). • Registration is considered complete only after payment confirmation (Minimum Payment).

4. AMC Content AMC may include: • Live or pre-recorded lectures • Physical Sessions Conducted at a Physical Space Contained within K-Ward, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, 400053, at Discretion of AMC. • The “Physical Space” includes the Physical Premises at which the Session is held, the corridors in & around the Physical Premises, the Building in which the Program or Sessions are conducted. • Digital materials (slides, drawings, templates, etc.) • Practical demonstrations • Q&A sessions All content is provided for educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional architectural training, certification, or licensing.

5. Intellectual Property • All materials provided are the intellectual property of AMC or its instructors. • Participants receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for their own learning only. The duration of this License is unspecified, and is up to Discretion of AMC & Governing Bodies, but is by default considered “Expired” by the end of the Legally Binding Payment Period, unless otherwise specified by AMC. • Redistribution, resale, recording, reproduction, or publication of any AMC materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Code of Conduct Participants must during an AMC Program: • Engage respectfully with Members of AMC, including but not limited to Sanjay Mhatre, its instructors, staff employed therein, and other participants in the program. • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour. • Not engage in disrespectful, hurtful, “passive-aggressive” or otherwise behaviour, unbecoming of an AMC Participant. • Follow all instructions precisely, as directed by AMC or its members, regarding use of software, equipment, or shared learning environments. Violation of these rules may result in removal from the AMC without refund.

7. Technology Requirements Participants are responsible for: • Ensuring a stable internet connection • Having appropriate & capable software or devices (including but not limited to: Zoom or Other Online Class Software’s, CAD tools, PDF readers) • Troubleshooting their own technical issues The organizer is not responsible for personal technical/planning/literal failures.

8. Cancellation & Refunds Organizer Cancellation If the organizer cancels the AMC: • Participants will receive a full refund or may opt to transfer to another session (if available, at discretion of AMC). Participant Cancellation If a participant cancels: • Refunds may be granted on case-to-case basis, at discretion of AMC. • No refunds are available after the AMC Program has begun.

9. Limitation of Liability • The organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or any additional, unrelated & non-specified financial loss related to participation. • The AMC is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Privacy Policy • Participant information will be collected and used solely for purposes related to the AMC. • Personal data will not be shared with third parties except as required for course delivery or by law.

11. Certification Participants may receive a Certificate of Participation from AMC, but any Program held by AMC: • Is not a valid academic credential, and not recognized by bodies therein.  • Does not qualify participants for architectural licensure (in specific: Council of Architecture, under the Architects Act, 1972 as recognised by the Parliament of India & relevant Judicial Bodies) or professional practice of any kind, worldwide. • Does not Substitute for any Past, Pre-Existing, Present or Future Architectural Professional Education.

12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra & India under the Indian Judicial Authority. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai High Court.
